Note: Returning volunteers need to fill out a Volunteer Approval Returning form each year. Please ask for the form in the front office.
After you submit a form, it will be on file for the entire school year. If you decide to volunteer for an activity such as chaperoning a field trip, you can then continue with a background check at that time and do not have to fill out the application again.
The District has defined requirements for volunteers and independent contractors. For more information, please download the Volunteers and Independent Contractors requirements.
Thank you for your commitment and dedication to Pima Elementary.
